Manic Monday...whoa...oh....

Anybody else like the Bangles? I'm a big 80's chick myself. But anyways, I apologise for not writing lately, but we've had a house guest, & it was our last week of school, so it's been a little hectic. I had a lot to say, but the Hot Husband beat me to it. Check out his latest post if you haven't already. But it was very stressful watching after his brother.

I love him to death, but he's just at that akward age, and you catch him in these little lies, one after the other. It gets frustrating. There's no reason you have to lie to me about having lunch money. Just tell me you don't want to eat, instead of reaching in your pocket & pretending your checking for money.

I don't get it. But I also haven't been 14 in quite some time. Maybe times have changed. But I definately agree with HH on the NO VIDEO GAMES policy (except Super Mario Brothers.) Those games make kids crazy & bitchy at the same time!

I also solemnly (can't spell) swear to quit carrying laundry baskets. It's just out of habit, I guess. Our nursery is coming along quite nicely. We plan on finishing it up this week, and this Saturday (which I will call Date Day, even though HH will think I'm a loser for calling it that:)) but anyways, we are spending the day together shopping for baby stuff:) I plan on turning my phone off & just enjoying the day with my HH & baby:)
